- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- You may not use our services for unlawful purposes.
4. Subscription & Payment
- Pro features require a monthly subscription.
- Payments are securely processed via third-party providers.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
5. Data Usage & Intellectual Property
We process publicly available review data for analysis. FeedbackAdvisor retains the rights to AI-generated insights. You may not resell or distribute our proprietary insights.
6. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights. FeedbackAdvisor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Users acknowledge that all business decisions made based on our insights are at their own risk.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms. Users can cancel subscriptions anytime via their dashboard.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of changes.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FeedbackAdvisor, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- The use or misuse of our services.
- Violations of these Terms.
- Third-party claims related to user actions or business decisions based on our insights.
This indemnification applies to any legal or financial claims brought against FeedbackAdvisor as a result of user reliance on AI-generated insights.
